Cancellation conditions

Up to 1 month prior to arrival: we reserve the right to charge a processing and administration fee of € 20,00.

Between 1 month and 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of total cost.

For cancellations within the week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of total cost.

Otherwise, the AGBH 2006 apply.
